This Note made 31 Jan 2008, William Ian Towler. On January 22, 2008 I wrote Bartholomew County Circuit Court Clerk, Indiana, asking for the Death Certificate or a Copy of a Death Register for Henrietta Louisa Spaugh/Spach Arbuckle. I received a reply on January 31 2008, stating that they have no Death Register. Death Certificates were not issued until after 1882 in Bartholomew County, Indiana.
